Chef Matt has completely reinvented Union City Grille's wine cellar. John Masino is overseeing the task of filling the cabinets with incredible reds and whites grown by short production vintners from California, Italy and France. The goal: to give you the widest spectrum of value-priced wines from big, fruity full-bodied reds to light, dry refreshing whites.
