On January 20th at 6:30pm, Union City Grille hosts our 1st of many “Grapes and Cultures,” a salute to cheese and international traditions (cultures…get it?) and wine, in partnership with Frank’s Union Wine Mart in UCG's cozy and trendy lounge.
With all the pomp and circumstance of a cocktail party in your living room, you and your friends can mix and mingle, with a brief welcome from the chef and sommelier and special guest Richard Lombard of Scotland's Lombard Single Malt Scotch fame. Sample 15 cheeses and the wines hand-picked by Frank Pagliaro to accompany them as well as Taza Organic Chocolates masterfully matched to various styles of the Scotch culture.
